Our Inheritance Law team advises you in all questions relation legal precaution and in-court and out-of-court claim assertion regarding inheritance.

Our team supports you primarily with regard to:

• The preparation of wills, bequests, endowments on death

• Registration in the register of wills and in the Austrian Central Substitution Register (Österreichisches Zentrales Vertretungsverzeichnis ÖZVV)

• A joint power of attorney for all heirs and/or legatees

• Represtentation in probate proceedings

• Asserting or defenting claims under Inhertiance Law (compulsory share, challenging a will, revocation or reduction of gifts before the death of the deceased)
